A low stoneware vessel shaped with dramatic folds that rise and curl like overlapping petals. The irregular silhouette gives it the presence of a small ceramic sculpture, with each opening and curved edge creating a different profile depending on the angle. A soft white reactive glaze settles naturally across the surface, highlighting the ridges and contours with subtle shifts in tone and texture.

At nearly ten inches wide, the piece has enough scale to stand beautifully on its own while remaining low enough for a coffee table, dining table, console, or shelf. Style it as an art object, use the individual openings for small plants or stems, or build an asymmetrical arrangement that follows the movement of the form.

The reactive glazing process creates natural variation from piece to piece, making differences in tone, surface, and finish an intentional part of the design.
