Has been described as "architecturally ambitious" and is now approximately three compliments away from declaring himself a national monument.

Made from milo wood, Pierre is dense, durable, and happiest when covered in a loaf of fresh bread, a wedge of cheese, or something that requires a very nice knife.

Care & Upkeep

Pierre is finished with a food-safe natural wax that will gently evolve with use, developing additional character over time.

Because each board is handcrafted from solid wood, variations in color, grain, and finish are part of what makes every piece unique. To keep the wood conditioned, apply a food-safe natural wax as needed and avoid prolonged soaking or the dishwasher. We think Pierre only gets better with age.
